York Open Studios: one of the highlights of York’s visual arts calendar
April 16 -18 2010 sees the ninth annual York Open Studios weekend, when many of York’s best creative practitioners open their doors and invite the public to enter their working world.
Artists will be showing their latest work in studios, homes, schools and community centres, and with fifty-five participants this much anticipated event will be the best yet, offering an exciting opportunity to talk to the artists and to see how and where they work.
As always there will be a wide variety of work for sale - paintings, prints, textiles, jewellery, ceramics, furniture, photography, sculpture and more.
